These are just some of the challenges that Phoenix is brought in to solve, to do the patient and complex work of drawing co-operation and tangible results out of all stakeholders. Now, how do you say all that in just a logo?
Solving Phoenix's identity and communications challenges was just the start. It led to an unexpected collaboration with NSW's Department of Family and Community Services: Phoenix ran the day-long workshop that invited participants to imagine their organisation's future, and Smörgåsbord was on hand to turn the scenarios they described into sketches that could be discussed, adjusted, debated. The immediacy of pencil on paper, in real time. No chance to wipe down and start again. Nerve-wracking but ultimately illuminating.
